Information for IVF/ICSI Patients
IVF/ICSI patients are advised to travel on a medical visa for both husband and wife. It is best to arrive one week prior to the expected date of periods to allow enough time for evaluations before the cycle begins.
Please bring all previous blood test results and any reports from earlier IVF treatments to help us plan the best treatment for you.
Laparoscopic surgeries or tubal clipping are not mandatory for all IVF patients — the need is determined on a case-by-case basis.
The entire treatment duration may span 6 to 8 weeks continuously, or alternatively, patients can stay for 20 days to complete egg collection and return after 2–3 months (as convenient) for a 4-week embryo transfer and pregnancy confirmation phase.
After a positive beta hCG test and pregnancy scan confirmation, depending on your personal schedule, you may return immediately or choose to stay 2–3 more weeks until the heartbeat is confirmed.
For high-risk pregnancy cases or patients with previous miscarriages who wish to stay until delivery, we also offer complete obstetric care and safe delivery at Jeevan Mithra Fertility and Women Care Centre.
