We cannot confirm an exact time in advance, as it depends on how many patients book. We will do our best to keep your preferred slot, and once we receive your request we will send you a serial number and confirmed time by phone or WhatsApp.

What to bring
The more you bring, the more useful the consultation will be. Dr. Ramya can give far more specific advice with your actual reports in front of her.
- Any previous scan or ultrasound reports
- Hormone test results, including AMH if you have had it done
- Semen analysis reports for your husband
- HSG or tubal test reports
- Operation notes from any previous surgery
- If you have had IVF or IUI before: the original cycle records — stimulation sheets, number of eggs collected, embryo reports and transfer notes. A discharge summary is not enough.
Who should come
- Couples who have been trying to conceive for a year or more
- Anyone whose previous IVF or ICSI cycle failed, in Bangladesh or elsewhere
- Women with PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids or blocked tubes
- Men with low sperm count, poor motility or azoospermia
- Couples with repeated miscarriage
- Anyone wanting a second opinion before starting treatment

About Jeevan Mithra
Jeevan Mithra Fertility & Women Care Centre is based in Arumbakkam, Chennai, with a second centre in Cuddalore. Around half of our patients travel from Bangladesh, and we provide Bengali-language support by phone and WhatsApp throughout treatment.
We establish the cause of infertility before recommending treatment. Where a tubal, uterine, ovulatory or male-factor problem can be corrected, we treat that first rather than moving straight to IVF. Read more about treatment for Bangladeshi patients or how we approach fertility care.
